- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible through the website.
Return Policy
- Due to hygiene and personal care standards, returns/exchanges are available only for selected cases.
- Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, leaking, or expired
- The wrong item was delivered
- If pickup service is unavailable at your location, you may need to self-ship the product to our official return address.
- Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the situation.
Refund Policy
- Refund requests will be accepted in case of:
- Damaged or defective product
- Wrong product delivered
- Missing item in a combo order
- Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.
Important Notes for Return
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging.
- Items with broken seals, used content, or tampered packaging will not be accepted.
- Products returned without original packaging, labels, or invoice will not be eligible.
- For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged.
